When Christine Gleed approached us to support the launch of The Osprey Luxury Townhomes, we eagerly stepped in with our tried-and-true Real Estate New Build Development Program: The Foundation. Three dynamic managers and a passionate gala planning committee at the Victoria Cool Aid Society set out to host their first post-pandemic gala. They wanted the evening to feel joyful and celebratory—while remaining mindful of budget.
