The brief

When Christine Gleed approached us to support the launch of The Osprey Luxury Townhomes, we eagerly stepped in with our tried-and-true Real Estate New Build Development Program: The Foundation. Our team provided end-to-end strategic support—crafting the brand identity, building a lead-generating online funnel, and developing polished sales materials. With the foundational tools in place, Christine’s team simply added the unique details of their stunning seaside build.

We also partnered with our rendering artist and drone photographer to capture breathtaking imagery, seamlessly integrating renderings into real-world drone shots to give prospective buyers a clear and astonishing view of this fabulous location. To build early momentum, we activated our trusted realtor network, ensuring buzz around this exciting new offering reached the right audience from day one.

Swank Creative Inc’s strategic marketing services for the Early Music Society of the Islands comprised a series of essential phases. Commencing with an in-depth strategic planning session, which included a SWOT analysis, the process laid a solid foundation for the subsequent strategic actions.

A crucial aspect of the initial phase involved Swank Creative Inc gaining access to all existing digital marketing assets. This was followed by a meticulous audit of the previous year’s performance, providing valuable insights into the society’s past marketing endeavors. Additionally, one-to-one interviews with board members and the team were conducted to capture diverse perspectives, culminating in a comprehensive report detailing the collective findings.

To fortify the Early Music Society’s marketing approach for the future, Swank Creative Inc developed campaign implementation checklists and creative design templates for the upcoming year.
