Take the Digital Marketing Landscape Set-Up Challenge!

If you’ve been meaning to “finally get your digital presence organized,” consider this your sign.
This quick challenge will help you tighten up your foundations, boost your visibility, and make sure customers can actually find you.

Let’s go 👇

1. click Every Social Media Icon on Your Website

Be brave.
Do they go where they’re supposed to go… or to broken links, old profiles, or someone else’s page entirely?

2. google Your Business Name

Where do you rank?
Do you show up at all?
Are your Google Business Profile photos and info current, or from 2019?

3. head Over to LinkedIn

Does your company logo show up beside your job title?
Is your company page even set up? (You’d be surprised…)
LinkedIn is one of your biggest trust builders — make sure it’s clean, branded, and connected.

4. claim Your Social Real Estate

Even if you’re not active, claim your handles on:
YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, X, Google Business Profile, Alignable, Vimeo, Spotify (if applicable), Medium, Reddit, and any niche platforms for your sector.
You don’t need to post — you just need to own your name and bonus points if you make sure they link back to your website too!

5. check Your Email Signature

Is it branded?
Does it include your website, booking link, or contact details?
Or is it… blank?

6. pretend You’re a Customer

Try to find your contact info in under 10 seconds.
Can you find your business address?
If you use contact forms instead of an email address, test them.
Are those form submissions actually reaching you?

7. test Your Lead Collection Systems

Fill out your own newsletter subscriber or inquiry form.
Did you receive the confirmation email?
Is your CRM collecting names properly?
Are people landing in your welcome sequence or floating into the abyss?

8. audit Your Meta Account Access

Who still has access to your Facebook, Instagram, or Ads Manager?
Remove past employees, contractors, volunteers, or “that one person who helped you in 2021.”

9. review Your Domain Registration

Do you own the .ca and the .com?
Do you know who controls the DNS?
Are they set to auto-renew… or do you have an unexpected crisis coming?

10. can Google Maps and Siri Find You?

Ask your phone to take you to your business. Find a friend with an iphone and test Siri too.
If it can’t, customers can’t either.

Score lower than a 10/10?
